Reading attack suspect in court

A Libyan refugee accused of murdering three men in a terrorist attack was remanded in custody. Khairi Saadallah, 26, allegedly stabbed James Furlong, 36, Joseph Ritchie-Bennett, 39, and David Wails, 49, as they enjoyed a socially distanced drink in Forbury Gardens, Reading. Mr Furlong, a schoolteacher, Mr Ritchie-Bennett, who worked for a pharmaceuticals company, and scientist Mr Wails each died from a single stab wound after the attack on 20 June.
