Restaurant boss signed off bouncing cheques and direct debits worth £1m
The boss of a celebrity restaurant signed bouncing cheques for over £1 million on its behalf when he was banned from running a company, a court heard. Marios Georgallides, 62, managed the Japanese restaurant Nozomi in Knightsbridge while disqualified from acting as a company director.
