Robber terrorised bookies armed with a walking stick

A robber who carried out a series of betting shop raids armed with a walking stick was jailed for 10 years today (mon). Brett Mullan, 51, struck five times in less than three weeks at bookies across south London. Mullan pretended he was armed with a shotgun while brandishing what turned out to be a collapsible walking stick.
