Rock band ‘The 1975’ hit with £1.9m claim after on-stage kiss

A £1.9m compensation claim brought against rock band ‘The 1975’ after band members kissed on stage in Malaysia is ‘completely artificial,’ the High Court heard. The organisers of the Good Vibes Festival are suing the British rock band after Matt Healy allegedly breached contractual obligations and the country’s strict anti gay laws by acting inappropriately on stage.
