Rolf Harris arrives at court after release from jail
Former entertainer Rolf Harris arrived at court in person this morning after he was let out of prison last week.
Harris, 87, dressed in a dark suit, glasses and a black, red and grey patterned tie waved at photographers as he turned up at Southwark Crown Court.
The former entertainer denies four charges against three girls between 1971 and 1983.
He was granted bail by Judge Deborah Taylor last Thursday and let out of Stafford Prison on Friday.
The Australia-born ex-television star was accompanied by his niece, Jenny, who held on to his arm.
He was flanked by supporters as he waded past a mass of photographers on his way into the building.
The former artist, musician and presenter is accused of using his fame to molest three underage female fans at a youth music festival in the West End, after filming ITV’s Star Games and in the green room of BBC show Saturday Superstore.
Harris, formerly of Fishery Road, Bray, Maidenhead, Berks, denies four indecent assaults allegedly committed against girls aged 13-16 between 1971 and 1983.
The trial continues.
