Roof top killer ‘is mentally ill’

An Albanian man accused of murdering a builder on the rooftop of a building in London’s diamond district is mentally ill, a court heard. Elton Sefa, 22, allegedly killed John Woodward, 47, while he worked on the Presman Mastermelt building in Hatton Garden on 17 April 2018.
