Sanction busting Russian had his kid’s school fees paid

A politician had his children’s £40,000 school fees paid for him in a breach of sanctions against Russians living in the UK, a court heard. Dmitrii Ovsiannikov, 47, accepted the cash from his brother-in-law Alexei Owsjanikow, 46, and his wife paid him another £76,000, it is claimed.
