A sham wedding gang who made £500,000 marrying couples who often had to communicate using Google translate have been jailed. The matchmakers arranged for Asian men to meet Eastern European brides who could rarely speak to eachother. During the nuptials they had to resort to using the translation app before they exchanged their vows, the Old Bailey heard.
