A care home worker who was filmed abusing a dementia patient at a luxury residence claims the elderly woman ‘made it up.’ Kimberly Winch, 36, was caught screaming and physically abusing 83-year-old Audrey karim Vallarino at the Chelsea Court Place care home on King’s Road.
