Shoplifter failed to spot police van outside

A serial shoplifter is caught redhanded when he failed to notice a police van had pulled up outside the store as he left with his loot. Ryan Kiely, 34, was arrested by two Met Police officers after they caught him fleeing a BP garage on Lee High Road in Lewisham on 25 February.
