‘Shot dead after car chase’

Five men have denied shooting a 24-year-old to death following a car chase in southeast London. Kai McGinley was shot dead in the street on Pembroke Road, Erith, at 8.50pm on 9 February. Police and paramedics attended but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The men also deny attempting to murder William Burton and Norman Samura on the same day.
