Small boat trafficker will be extradited to Belgium

An Afghan fugitive who trafficked children into the UK on small boats before they were raped and blackmailed has been extradited to Belgium. Zeeshan Banghis (aka Zeeshan Bangash), 21, was arrested by National Crime Agency extradition officers along with Saifur Rahman Ahmedzai, 23, in December 2024 after a Belgian judge jailed them in their absence.
