Sobbing Chirag Rathi is fined for recording escort encounter

An Canadian software engineer who recorded an encounter with an escort on a trip to London has been fined £2,000. Chirag Rathi, 46, used his phone to record the hotel room meeting on 16 March, Westminster magistrates court heard. Rathi, of Houston, Texas, admitted one count of voyeurism.
