‘Son made me confess to killing my wife’

A Tanzanian immigrant who drunkenly cut his wife’s neck says he could not remember killing her but confessed after hearing his 12-year-old son’s account of the murder. Kema Salum, 39, knifed 36-year-old Leyla Mtumwa in the neck and chest in Haringey, north London, on Good Friday, March 30 this year.
