A Spurs fan who told Foreign Secretary David Lammy ‘you hate white people’ during a barrage of drunken emails was spared jail. Matthew Rumsby, 42, sent eight ‘grossly offensive’ emails to the Tottenham Labour MP, 52, in just over three hours on 23 September.
