‘Stabbed to death protecting his home’

A barber was stabbed to death by three masked killers who broke into his home looking for money, the Old Bailey heard. David Bello-Monerville, 38, was knifed in the back five times as he tried to defend his property with his two brothers. Prosecutors claim he was set upon by Nathan Harewood, 28, who was armed with a blade and his two friends 27-year-old Khalil Rehman and 28-year-old Francis Appiagyei, outside his flat on Welbeck Road, East Barnet, north London….
