Stalker ‘posed with knife outside lawyer’s office’

A stalker made death threats to a solicitor and sent her a photograph posing outside her office holding a knife, a court heard. Dharma Shivalanka, 46, is accused of bombarding Catherine Mescall with emails between May 2019 and March 2022. ‘There is a substantial volume of email correspondence, which include threats to kill, ramblings about MI5 and conspiracy theories’, said Elizabeth Garcia, prosecuting.
