A stoned driver who smashed into the back of heavily pregnant woman’s Mercedes has been jailed for a year. James Campbell, 28, was behind the wheel of a Audi in Romford without a licence on 13 July at 9:50am when police ran checks to find he had no valid insurance and directed him to pull over.
