Student to admit planting ball bearing bomb on tube train

A student will admit making and then planting a ball bearing bomb on a London tube train, a court heard. Damon Smith, 19, left a ‘viable improvised explosive device’ on a Jubilee Line Underground train at North Greenwich Tube station on 20 October.
