Teacher knocked off bike and killed by driver who did not see him
A hairdresser killed a BBC reporter’s father when she knocked him off his bike during the evening rush hour, a court heard today (Mon). Gail Purcell, 59, was driving home from work when she collided with Michael Mason, 70, a teacher who campaigned for cyclists’ safety, on London’s Regent Street.
