Teenager faces life sentence for murder of Mohamed Noor

A motorcycle enthusiast was murdered after he asked a teenager for compensation for his damaged bike. Sanchez Tate, 18, stabbed Mohamed Abdi Noor, 21, with a sword near his home in Holloway, north London, on 11 December 2023. Tate claimed he acted in self-defence but he was convicted of murder by an Old Bailey jury after two hours of deliberation.
