Teenagers ‘tested petrol bombs’

Two teenagers accused of testing petrol bombs as they prepared acts of ‘extreme right-wing’ terrorism appeared in court today. Rex Clark, of Illford, east London, and Sofija Vinogradova of Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, are charged with preparation of terrorist acts. They are said to have attempted to acquire a firearm and tested petrol bombs while Clark alone is accused of constructing the component parts of improvised explosive devices.
