Terror suspect ‘planned attack on homeless person’

A teenager accused of planning to attack a random homeless person appeared in court today (fri). Cameron Finnigan, 18, was arrested at his home address in Horsham, West Sussex on 26 March by Counter Terrorism Policing South East.
