The Bulgarian stalker who is looking forward to a bit of jail time

A stalker who broke his bail conditions to repeatedly pester a barmaid asked police officers what he would have to do to be locked up. Bulgarian Albert Kirilov, 27, harassed Elfie Phillips-Long while she served punters at The Cyclist in Balham between 1 and 24 February. Kirilov claimed his offences were not severe enough to warrant an electronic tag when he appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates Court.
