The gang behind the £1.75 Heathrow heist was known as ‘The Goodfellas’ because their raid was a carbon copy of the Air France heist in the movie classic. Here they are in action with bales of foreign currency. The gang was convicted at trial without a jury after friends of the robbers had attempted to fix the verdicts.
