Thief dumped ancient Greek coins in bin

Rare coins from ancient Athens may have been lost forever after a thief stole them and chucked them into a bin. George Marshall, 53, pilfered the artefacts from Stanley Gibbons on the Strand, central London on August 10. Marshall entered the shop, slipped his hand beneath the glass of a display cabinet, and swiped four silver coins valued at £3,375.
