The serial thief who stole a Bridgerton star’s phone before she wrestled him to the ground was banned from entering two London boroughs for three years. Zacariah Boulares, 18, targeted Genevieve Chenneour at Joe & The Juice in Kensington, southwest London, on 8 February 2025.
