Three teenage girls accused of killing Fredi Rivero, 75 in the street

Three teenage girls accused of killing a pensioner outside a McDonald’s restaurant will stand trial in December. Fredi Rivero, 75, died from his injuries after he was pushed, kicked and punched on Seven Sisters Road, Islington late on 27 February. Police were called at around 11.25pm and found Mr Rivero unconscious on the pavement. The victim, thought to be Bolivian, died in hospital the next day.
