‘Tooting Four’ claim ‘two tier justice’ as they are fined for Ulez protest

The ‘Tooting Four’ who caused soon to be knighted London Mayor Sadiq Khan ‘alarm and distress’ by protesting against Ulez outside his home have been fined in ‘another body blow for free speech.’ Nicholas Arlett, 73, Lloyd Dunsford, 65, Martin Whitehead, 62, and Alison Young, 50, took part in the ‘Stop the Khanage’, protest 100 metres from Khan’s south west London home.
