Top chef ‘pulled off Sikh’s turban’

A top chef pulled a Sikh’s turban off in a cocktail bar and hit him on the head, a court heard. Jack Crispin, 30, who has rubbed shoulders with some of Britain’s most famous restaurateurs, attacked Jaswant Singh at the Dirty Martini in Bishopsgate, it is claimed.
