A sex offender who shoved a thong and lipstick through his neighbour’s letterbox in a bizarre harassment campaign was spared jail. Ricardo Beran, 26, claimed he ‘found’ the underwear and make-up and was posting it through neighbour Eugenia Walters’ front door because he thought they belonged to her.
