Uber driver faces trial for killing biker

An Uber driver who hit an killed a motorcyclist on Victoria Embankment will stand trial in November. Mihai Marin, 36, collided with 24-year-old Jamie Harris just after 7am on 9 December last year. Marin pulled out of a side street in to the path of the victim travelling on the main road without looking properly, it is claimed.
