Unregulated Grenfell architect is fined

An unregulated architect who wrangled a place as an expert into the investigation of the Grenfell Tower tragedy has been ordered to pay £6,240. John Priestley was not registered with his governing body when he was appointed to a board looking into the design of the Kensington flats which burst into flames leaving 72 people dead last June.
