Vicar Geoffrey Baulcomb carried out proceedure with pair of scissors

A former Church of England vicar accused of carrying out a procedure on a man’s member with a pair of scissors has appeared in court today. Geoffrey Baulcomb, 79, retired from the historic St Mary the Virgin church in Eastbourne, East Sussex, several years ago, but was still ordained at the time of the alleged offence.
