West End Spice dealer jailed

  A Spice dealer caught with £1,500 worth of the ‘zombie’ drug has been jailed for six months. Shaun Cartledge, 26, was arrested in Victoria Embankment Gardens on 1 August last year. He was found in possession of 69 snap bags containing a total of 137.9g of the drug which puts users in a ‘walking dead’-like trance.
