Woman batters mum for drinking too much

A woman thug beat up her vulnerable elderly mother with such force she broke her hip and four ribs, a court heard. Emma Thompson, 48, threw 74-year-old Brenda Thompson into a door after confronting her about her drinking habits on 14 February.
