Woman ‘scammed Harley Street clinic’

A woman has denied stealing nearly £160,000 from a Harley Street clinic. Yara Ahmed, 54, is charged with one count of fraud by abuse of position for allegedly diverting payments intended for the European Scanning Centre into her own account. The charge states a total of £158,165 was funnelled away from the company between 2 June 2019 and 10 April 2021.
