Yachtsman gets 24 years for doomed cocaine voyage

A ‘master’ yachtsman who smuggled £35m worth of cocaine into the country has been jailed for 24 years. Stephen Lloyd-Jones, 56, bought a 35ft Kingfisher Sport Explorer for £100,000 called Well Plumbed ahead of the doomed voyage in February last year.
