Car jackers jailed for hi-tech conspiracy

A gang of car thieves who used high tech software to steal high end motors worth £2.5m have been jailed. Faisal Khan, 29, Monzul Hoque, 33, Kashaf Khan, 43, and 36-year-old Sikandir Ali, all had roles in an ongoing conspiracy operating in London and Birmingham. They sold Range Rovers and BMWs that had been stolen and cloned in a ‘ringing’ scam where keyless security systems could be bypassed.
