Cycling judge spares road rage coach driver
A tourist bus driver who shoved a cyclist headfirst into oncoming traffic in a ‘dangerous act of aggression’ has been spared jail. Judge Martin Beddoe, who is a cyclist himself, spoke of his horror after watching footage of Paul Birchmore, 43, trying to ‘bulldoze’ Angus Fitzgerald out of his way.
