Dead rat at the hipster bakery

An award winning bakery became infested with rats after the owner hit hard times, a court heard. Inspectors found a dead rat, gnawed bags of flour and rodent droppings when they raided Slow Bread in Hammersmith. The company supplies west London shops cafes and restaurants with a range of specialty breads, buns and pasties.
