Elderly conman nods off in court

An elderly conman who nodded off in court and had to be woken up faces jail for ripping off a vulnerable pensioner. Shaun Millard, 68, turned up at branches of Santander and Barclays claiming to be Richard Towner on four separate occasions between June and August last year.
