Marco Pierre-White Jr back in court over spending spree ‘fraud’

Chiswick
Celebrity hell raiser Marco Pierre-White Jr appeared in court today (mon) accused of spending thousands of pounds on his ex girlfriend’s bankcard.
Pierre-White Jr, 21, allegedly took Carina Evans’ card and went on a £3,900 spending spree without her knowledge on February 28 this year.
The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate made several purchases including visiting an Apple Store, Hammersmith Magistrates’ Court heard.
He failed to surrender to police and was eventually arrested in Bristol last Saturday, said Tom Gill, prosecuting.
‘He evaded the police and did not contact them,’ said Mr Gill.’When they tracked him down in Bristol he tried to evade them again.’
Pierre-White Jr tested positive for cocaine when arrested by police in Bristol last Saturday, the court heard.
The relationship ended badly due to infidelity, it was said.
Carl Newman, representing Pierre-White said: ‘He denies using the card but accepts he was in a relationship with her but it ended badly.
‘She has fabricated this to get back at him.’
Mr Newman said they would relay in CCTV footage from the stores Pierre-White Jr allegedly used the card in.
He told the court that Pierre-White Jr was not evading police but had lost his phone and then went on holiday.
District Judge Timothy King bailed Pierre-White Jr on the terms he stays in his home address and ordered him to return to court for trail on November 23.
Pierre-White, of (66b) Chiswick High Road, Chiswick, denies fraud by false representation.
He will return to Hammersmith Magistrates’ Court on November 23 for trial.
