18 month trial wait for plastic surgeon accused of injuring pensioner

A plastic surgeon who drove into an elderly woman getting out of a private ambulance must wait more than 18 months for her trial. Hawys Lloyd-Hughes, 44, hit Rozila Dharamshi, 79, who suffered multiple fractures after the accident at Carlton Place, Northwood, northwest London – where there is a 10mph speed limit. Ms Dharamshi was being helped out the ambulance by driver Philip Buchanan when they were hit by a grey Audi E-Tron S Line 55 Quattro driven by Lloyd-Hughes….
