Cop ‘physically adjusted’ his girlfriend’s clothes

A police officer ‘belittled and degraded’ his girlfriend during a coercive relationship, a court heard. PC Sebastian Payne, 25, allegedly called the woman a ‘slut’ and commented on the way she dressed. PC Payne, attached to the South West Command Unit, appeared at Lavender Hill Magistrates’ Court wearing a smart black suit and blue tie.
