Pair attacked ULEZ camera with gardening shears

Two men who attacked a ULEZ camera with gardening shears were fined just £500 each. Leonard Guy, 71, and Steven Hislop, 55, caused £2,712 worth of damage to a ULEZ automatic number plate recognition camera on Higham Hill, Walthamstow, east London on 7 August.
