FLEMING: ESTRANGED WIFE IN COURT OVER YACHT SINKING

An estranged wife and three men appeared in court today (Weds) charged with plotting to kill her ex-husband by sinking his yacht.

Mandy Fleming, 47, is said to have drilled holes in Double Dragon hull below the waterline on an unknown date between February 11 and 15 2004.

The £90,000 vessel sunk in Brighton Marina, East Sussex, on Valentine’s Day of that year.

Adam Fleming, her former husband, survived the alleged sabotage.

Fleming, her new partner David Brown, 50, David Camp, 67, and Bradley Hanson, 27, appeared before the Old Bailey today (Weds) for a preliminary hearing into their case that is due to continue tomorrow.

Their trial is expected to be held on January 9 next year.

Fleming, of (177) High Street, Sheerness, Kent, Brown, of (236) Middleton Road, Carshalton, south London, Camp, of (188) Milton Road, Waterlooville, Hampshire, and Hanson, of (25) Reigate Way, Wallington, Surrey, were remanded on bail.

They deny conspiracy to murder.
