Taxidermy thieves made off with chimp in top hat

  A burglar who stole a collection of exotic stuffed animals, including a chimpanzee in a top hat, was spared jail. Jason Hopwood, 47, was part of a gang that grabbed lions, a sloth, a rhino, a wolf, a crocodile and a giraffe from a taxidermy warehouse in Wimbledon, southwest London.
