A teenager who was an ambassador for top accountants Ernst & Young almost mowed down hit a mother and her baby before he crashed a stolen moped into a lamppost. Austin St-Hill, 19, managed to drive off again before he crashed again in Roman Road, Hackney, east London, and was found to be carrying £1,120 of heroin.
