4×4 driver ‘veered’ into cyclist

A careless pensioner killed a cyclist after her 4×4 ‘sandwiched’ his bike into the curb as he rode to work, a court heard. Joan Martino, 71, hit 58-year-old Christopher Holt in her blue Toyota Rav 4 on the busy Rainham Road, Hornchurch, Essex, on 11 May 2016.
